The 3 Day Diet is neither backed up by a clinic or book, so how it exists or has continued to exist, no one is quite sure. There are various rumours that float around regarding its origin, including the story that American army men use it to lose weight fast and the tale of models using it before run way shows.

It was challenging to create a weekly menu, since it’s not how I cook. Since we have a steady supply of venison and fish thanks to my husband, the hunter, I plan meals about what I’m trying to use up in the freezer. I’m also pretty good about keeping healthy food on hand like frozen vegetables, wheat pastas, and organic prewashed lettuce. So in a way, I’ve already planned to succeed, but maybe I could do better.

Okay, that’s only partially true. According to a recent joint Australian-Vietnamese study of more than 2,700 people, vegetarians were found to have bones five percent less dense than meat-eaters. The difference was most notable in vegans, who exluded all animal products from their diet and whose bones were six percent weaker.
